  •  More than 100 types of Asanas / Physio Postures About 20 different types of Pranayamas & more than 10 types of Meditations / Relaxations  and  very useful Health Improving Special Techniques are  Taught and Practiced in the center.  Daily one and half  hour (1 hour Yoga + Meditations & special Techniques) schedule invariably consists few of all these techniques. Other aspects of the  course are covered based on the specific needs of the student
  • The center is also equipped with the following Audio/ video programs of the ’SVYASA’ (Conducted by the Vice Chancellor, Dean and Directors of the institute at their University Campus “Prashanti Kutir’ & ‘Arogya Dhama’, Yoga Therapy Center).
