We have Monday to Friday, daily two sessions in the morning and one session in the evening, each session being one and a half hours.
The timings of these sessions are 6 to 7.30 am, 7 to 8.30 am & 6.30 to 8 pm.
- Each session consists of about 30 minutes ‘Yogasanas or Physio-postures’ and about 25 minutes of ‘Pranayamas – Controlled Breathing Techniques.
- This is followed by 5 minutes of Mind Management Techniques (MMT)
- 5 to 10 minutes Break for Enjoying Pure Herbal Juices and, Meditations / Relaxations / Special Techniques.
